From emerging leaders to experienced leaders looking to take their skills to the next level, Sandra brings useful insights, experience and practical application to the programs.

Sandra’s priority is to stimulate critical thinking among her participants while providing practical tools that facilitate immediate application. With a Masters in Workplace Learning and Change, Sandra will work with you to ensure program design is rooted in Adult Learning Principles, and aligned to your organizational context.
