The International Coaching Federation describes Executive Coaching as a “transformative, individualized journey of discovery that inspires ownership, uncovers insights and fosters growth from within. Coaching enables leaders to navigate challenges, achieve clarity and develop actionable solutions. ”
Executive Coaching is not consulting, training, counselling or psychotherapy. The coach is an observer and thought partner. The coaching partnership builds a safe place to explore and define issues, challenges or priorities, explore what they might mean for the client and support the client in identifying a desired future state and path forward.

On the other hand, if you are looking for someone to provide the answers, aren't ready to look inward or are unwilling or unable to invest the time and resources, coaching may not be right for you, for now. Check out our other services to see if they are a better match.
I provide one-on-one and team coaching to leaders and executives.
Engagements can take place at the individual level (so you and I, partnering) or with organizational support (for example, the organization is supporting a leader as part of succession planning and has specific focus areas in mind). Regardless, we will partner early on to define roles, how or if information is shared, timelines and accountability.
Confidentiality is key so we will carefully define boundaries around what will or won't be shared by your coach. As a member of the International Coaching Federation, I am bound by their Code of Ethics and confidentiality requirements. Learn more about the Code of Ethics here.
We can partner to complete a Narrative 360 review and debrief and action plan based on results. I have experience with DISC assessments (team and individual) and strengths based assessments. I believe that assessments can be helpful to capture a moment in time and support self-awareness and building a feedback culture. I also believe that we have agency and can choose to grow and evolve, becoming more effective, connected and aligned.
Coaching may be done virtually or in person, depending on client location, and scheduling is flexible.
Coaching arrangements are often 6 months in length, with 2-3 appointments per month of approximately 45 minutes in length. There is flexibility to adjust to meet your needs. Coaching sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom.
I am a kind, authentic, and friendly Executive Coach. My approach fosters a transparent and safe space for clients to share openly.
Rarely is the path from idea to action a straight line. I encourage clients to share the messy, unorganized bits of their thinking so we can collaboratively build a real, actionable plan that aligns with their priorities.
In coaching, I create a safe environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, even those they may not have previously voiced.
My approach is positive and future-focused, with the right amount of playful, helping clients stay accountable to themselves and their goals while recognizing and celebrating their progress.
We'll start with a virtual call. It's an opportunity for both of us to learn more about each other, talk about what you would like to accomplish and decide if we are a fit for working together.
If we are a fit (AMAZING!), we'll discuss terms like timelines, frequency, payment options etc and get some dates in our calendars.
If we aren't a fit (No worries!), I may be able to connect you with other professionals in my network that might better suited.
Either way, a step forward is a great thing.
Let's connect and get things moving.
