Sandra Lowe, our Founder and Principal will work with you and your organization to define your needs, identify outcomes and build a strategy to get there. In many cases, Sandra will work partner with you and the leaders of your organization in this work.
Occasionally, we will bring in one of our highly skilled partners in areas such as Health & Safety, Compensation, Disability & Attendance Management, HR Consulting, Talent Acquisition, Process & Continuous Improvement and Labour Relations to support the work.
Our focus is on getting to know you and your business needs, and providing an integrated approach to policy, program and strategy across your human resources practices. Rather than you trying to make off-the-shelf solutions fit together and sound cohesive.
Pay a fee for a set number of hours per week or month. Usually a 6 month engagement, or longer.
Pay an hourly rate for time worked.
